I began my career in dentistry in 2003 as a co-op student through Career Center. I began working full-time after graduation and then went to Washtenaw Community College where I obtained my license as a Registered Dental Assistant. My favorite part of what I do is helping people get healthy, whether it’s relieving their headaches with a bite splint, taking care of a toothache or seeing them smile bigger than they have in years when we give them their smile back.

I obtained an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Lansing Community College in 2006. Previous to that I completed 2 years at the Capital Area Career Center with Co-op work experience in Dental. I have Five years of experience at an Endodontic office as a chairside assistant. I share Dr. Kellogg and Dr. Latz views on how important dental care is for our patients. I strive to be a part of improving our patients health by proper homecare and education.

I worked as an orthodontic assistant for 7 years in which I left to be a stay at home mom. I am very close to getting my bachelor’s degree and plan to return to complete that soon. I am a mom of two wonderful little men. I enjoy doing anything crafty, being outdoors and Michigan football. I really enjoy greeting and getting to know all of our wonderful patients and am blessed to be a part of such a wonderful practice.
Welcome to our office. Dental Hygiene is a career where I am excited to go to work every morning. It fulfills my aspirations to help people look and feel their best rather it be overall health or cosmetic concerns. Staying updated with continuing education regarding health issues, nutrition, procedures, products, and materials is essential in helping you live the life you deserve. I always look forward to meeting new people, and I promise you will feel welcome and quality of the work will keep you smiling for years.
