Comprehensive Examination

Each new patient examination conducted is a detailed and thorough oral evaluation. This evaluation will be more extensive than what you have experienced in the past. We look for long term solutions that are long lasting, helping to have to spend less time in the dental chair in the future.

Cosmetic/Esthetic Dentistry

We spend individualized time with each patient discussing any specific cosmetic concerns and desires they may have. Dentistry has advanced in very exciting ways, presenting many options for esthetic improvement and function… ask us! We look forward to discussing individualized options available to you!

Invisalign

Invisalign treatment is the process of wearing a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually straighten your teeth. No brackets and wires or any of the restrictions that come with metal braces. Invisalign aligners are also trimmed based on your gum line for comfort and appearance and has successfully improved over 7 million smiles.

Occlusal Conditions

We look carefully for the presence of occlusal disease, which is often the cause of tooth pain, neck, facial and TMJ pain, headaches, and excessive wear patterns and/or broken and cracked teeth.

Periodontal Conditions

We will take an in depth look at your gum tissue, specifically, absence or presence of gum and tissue inflammation or jaw bone loss. When left untreated, periodontal disease can lead to irreversible loss of the jaw bone and subsequently the loss of teeth. We can do this by taking some simple measurements of the gum tissue around each tooth.

Restorative Conditions

We will do a thorough examination and detailed charting of existing dental restorations, the condition of individual teeth, and the presence of tooth decay or infections.

Soft Tissue Examination and Cancer Detection

We will conduct and in depth evaluation of the head, neck, face, lips, tongue, palate, floor of mouth and intraoral mucosal tissue noting any asymmetries, tissue changes, growths, or color changes. The American Cancer Society reports that 39,500 people will get oral or oropharyngeal cancer annually. An estimated 7,500 people will die of these cancers. Early detection can greatly increase the survival rate of these types of cancers.
